Getting Through The Challenge

Counselling is a safe and confidential space to explore any concerns or problems you may be experiencing.  Sometimes people access counselling to help make decisions in their current circumstances, others have situations that cannot be changed but use counselling to help them understand their situation and where applicable, find healthy ways of coping and moving forward.

Whatever age or life area it is, we are happy to connect with you and discuss how we can help.



Achieving Your Potential

These programs are for those who feel that they do not need counselling but are ready to develop themselves, grow and achieve goals in certain areas of their lives.

Coaching programs are facilitated by trained therapists so there is that added bonus of therapist insight however, the programs are designed to provide you with those extra tools and accountability required for you to take that next step toward your goals.

Best Practice and Work-Life Balance

Supervision is provided for practicing counsellors maintaining their best practice or other professionals who have an element of their work that may expose them to traumatic events or high levels of stress.  Although the approach may differ slightly depending on professional requirements, the aim is to offer a supportive environment where professionals can either explore their approach to work or the impact that work has on them.

We believe that this service helps committed professionals balance their high standard work ethic with self-care and personal well-being.

Improve Knowledge and Awareness

Two Ten offers training around different aspects of mental health and ways of supporting people. 

We are also proud to offer a selection of the highly recommended Mental Health First Aid Courses that provide you with the confidence and competence to recognise and respond to common mental health conditions.
